EDIT: After four years I have decided to dust off this piece and give it a much-needed rejuvenation. The only edits I've made are some retexturing, a bit of color correction, and some sharpening. I wanted to preserve it without doing to much to the original piece, because I am still very proud of it. The old version can be seen over here: [link]

So I've been watching the Hannibal movies a lot lately, and I decided to do a little homage to them.
Working on this took up a good part of my day. Six hours straight at least. Luckily, I had my vast collection of screencaps to reference from.

[Lecter's dream]

Freddy Krueger: Welcome to my nightmare.

Hannibal: Oh really, would you care to take a seat Mr. Krueger.

[The factory then turns into a therapist office]

Freddy: Um, okay.

[Hours later]

Freddy: I have always been told my father was 1000 maniacs. As a kid, I was always picked on.

Hannibal: I see. You know what you might be suffering from Mr. Krueger..........

[Freddy wakes up from his nightmare.]

Freddy: [Looks around his room fearfully] Who was that guy?

[Hannibal is revealed to be standing next to his bed. He has blood around his lips.]

Hannibal: You still haven't made a full confession yet Mr. Krueger.

[Freddy lift his blanket and sees his side has a large cut. He sees his kidney is missing. Freddy then screams in horror as Lecter laughs.]
